Badges are awarded based on your rating and number of completed shifts in the past 90 days. All new giggers start with a "New" badge until they qualify for their first badge. Once a gigger earns any badge, they will no longer return to "New" — the lowest badge they can drop to in the future will be Bronze. Giggers with the "New" badge will not earn any points per shift until they move up to Bronze or higher.
